Mommy and Me

The Mommy & Me class is a co-ed class for gymnasts ages 18 months - 3yrs. This class is a GREAT opportunity to start your little ones on the path towards an active lifestyle by falling in love with movement! Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination as they begin to learn the basics of gymnastics.

*An adult must be present to participate with the student for the duration of class.*

Tiny Tumblers

3-4 years old
The Tiny Tumblers class is a co-ed class for toilet-trained gymnasts ages 3-4 yrs. This class focuses on the foundational movements of gymnastics. Your gymnast will gain strength, flexibility, and some great new skills to practice at home!

Move and Groove

5-6 years old
The Move & Groove class is a co-ed class for gymnasts ages 5-6 yrs. This class focuses on the basics of gymnastics including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, etc. Gymnasts will also experience the fun of the balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting.

Hot Shots

4-6 years old
Invite Only
This class is for athletes ages 4-6yrs who have skills beyond those of Move & Groove but are too young to join a beginners class or the competitive team.

Flex & Flip

5+ years old
The Flex & Flip class is for boys ages 5yr+. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, body awareness, and foundational gymnastics skills. If you want the perks of gymnastics paired with a serious energy burn this class is for you!

Boys Basics

5+ years old
Invite Only
The Boys Basics class is for boys who have shown an interest and ability to perform moredifficult gymnastics skills. If you are looking for a class to development gymnastics skills and potentially participate in the competitive program this is where you want to be.

Girls Beginners

7+ years old 
The Girls Beginners class is for entry-level gymnasts ages 7+yrs . This class focuses on the basics of gymnastics including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, etc. Gymnasts will also experience the balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. No previous experience necessary.

Girls Intermediate

7+ years old
The Girls Intermediate class is for gymnasts ages 7+yrs who have mastered the following: cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, backbend, jump-to-support & casting, as well as exhibit confidence in walking on toe in all directions across the beam.

Manifold Home Team

7+ years old
Invite Only
The Manifold Home Team is for gymnasts ages 7+yrs who are looking for an experience somewhere between a recreational class and the traveling competitive team. Athletes will attend group performances.

Pre-Team 

Summer Session Only - Invite Only.
The pre-team class is for female athletes with the potential of competing in the upcoming traveling competitive season. The pre-team placement will be an opportunity to work specifically on those skills needed to compete. This class is not a guaranteed spot on the competitive team.
