Minden & Scottsbluff
Our Mommy & Me classes are for gymnasts ages 18 months - 3yrs. These classes are a GREAT opportunity to start your little ones on the path towards an active lifestyle by falling in love with movement! Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination as they begin to learn the basics of gymnastics. Brave beginners is only offered in Minden and is parent optional.

Minden & Scottsbluff

Our Tiny Tumblers class is for toilet-trained gymnasts ages 3-4 yrs. In this class gymnasts will enjoy music and dancing while learning basic gymnastics skills. Your gymnast will gain strength, flexibility, and some great "tricks" to practice at home! 

Minden & Scottsbluff

Our Move & Groove classes are for gymnasts ages 4-6 years who have not had any prior gymnastics experience. In this class we work on the basics of gymnastics including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, etc. Gymnasts will also experience the fun of the balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. 

Minden 

Our Jr. Elite class is for gymnasts ages 5-6 years who have mastered the skills in Move & Groove and are ready to push onto more difficult skills. This class begins to focus on technique and form in addition to new skill acquisition while maintaining a fun environment. This class is open by invite only. 

Minden
Our Flex & Flip class is for boys ages 5yr+. In this class we will focus on tumbling basics, flexibility, and strengthening with a fun stunt man twist! Gymnasts will also develop a strong sense of body awareness and control during this class. 

Minden & Scottsbluff 

Our Basics 1 classes are for entry-level gymnasts ages 7+yrs . In this class we work on the basics of gymnastics including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, etc. Gymnasts will also experience the fun of the balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. 

Minden & Scottsbluff
Our Basics 2 class is for gymnasts ages 7+yrs who have mastered the skills in Basics 1 and are ready to push onto more difficult skills. This class focuses heavily on technique and form in addition to new skill acquisition. Gymnasts in this class have the opportunity to compete in local, unsanctioned competitions if they desire. This class is open by invite only.   

Minden

Our Manifold Elite class is for gymnasts ages 7+yrs who have mastered the skills in Basics 2 and are ready to push onto more difficult skills. This class focuses heavily on technique and form in addition to new skill acquisition including back handsprings, kips, and flips. Gymnasts in this class have the opportunity to compete in local, unsanctioned competitions if they desire. This class is open by invite only.  

Seasonal Offerings Only

Our 30 minute private lessons are open to gymnasts of all ages and skill sets. These classes provide a one-on-one opportunity with your child to work on the skills THEY want to learn. These classes also provide an amazing opportunity for a child who struggles in the group setting to enjoy gymnastics! Once registered a date, time, and goal will be set.

Seasonal Offerings Only

Our 60 minute private lessons are open to gymnasts of all ages and skill sets. These classes provide a one-on-one opportunity with your child to work on the skills THEY want to learn. These classes also provide an amazing opportunity for a child who struggles in the group setting to enjoy gymnastics! Once registered a date, time, and goal will be set.
