Our Cheer Stars class is for cheerleaders ages 4-6 yrs. In this class we work on the basics of cheerleading including balance, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will also practice jumps, kicks, and cheer & chant work.  No stunting or lifts.

Our Cheer Diamonds class is for cheerleaders ages 7-11 yrs. In this class we work on the basics of cheerleading including balance, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will also practice more advanced jumps, kicks, cheer & chant work, and basic cheer tumbling. No prior cheer experience is necessary. No stunting or lifts.
