Please enter through the green door on the west side of the building. This door remains locked while class is in session. If facility access is required during instructional time please come to the south glass doors. 

GYMNASTICS
 
Female

• Leotard without skirt, leotard alone, or leotard with spandex shorts.

• No leggings. No loose fitting shorts. 

• No exposed midriff.

• No jeans.

• No t-shirts or sweatshirts. 
   

Male

• Tucked in t-shirt or spandex tank.

• Shorts.

 
**Baggy clothing that will lift over a participant’s head is not allowed both for their own comfort, and to reduce the risk of entrapment by coaching staff while spotting. Gymnasts will be barefoot during class, if your child has a communicable infection that can be passed via contact please take appropriate precautions. All long hair MUST be pulled back. 

DANCE
 
Twinkle Toes

• Leotard
  Tights are recommended, but not required
  Pink ballet shoes 

• Black tap shoes
   

Level Classes 

• Leotard
  Tights, leggings, or spandex shorts
  Black tap shoes

• Tan jazz shoes 

All your child will need is a water bottle with only water and for long hair to be tied back. Dancers and cheerleaders please bring appropriate footwear as well. 

We know that parents and children are equally excited, but we do ask that parents spend the duration of class time outside of the facility. This helps coaches to maintain the attention of your child but also keeps exits open and safe. That being said, we always want parents and children to be comfortable and are happy to help transition new students into class with the help of caregivers.

Weather closing will follow those of Minden Public Schools. However, please use your own judgement as to the safety of commuting. Weather closings will not be rescheduled. 

Classes missed on the part of the gymnast can be made up when previously scheduled with the head coach. If you or your child is sick, please be considerate of other children and adults in our classes and stay home to get better. Unlimited opportunities for makeup classes are available each week by attending another class, so get well! If Manifold cancels classes for extenuating circumstances a make-up class will be scheduled.
